訂單問題

如果您在訂單中發現任何問題,請依下列指引操作,我們會儘速協助您完成處理。

・商品瑕疵/錯誤出貨

  • 請於收到商品後 3 日內 拍照回報(含外箱與包裝)。
  • 來信提供:訂單編號、問題描述、清晰照片、收件人姓名與電話。
  • 經確認後,將協助更換或退貨,來回運費由 Habi Living 承擔。

・尚未收到/物流延遲

  • 請先查看系統內的物流追蹤資訊。
  • 若超過預計到貨時間仍未送達,請來信提供訂單編號與姓名,我們將立即協助查詢。

・修改收件資料

  • 訂單尚未出貨:請盡快來信提供正確收件資訊,我們將為您更新。
  • 訂單已出貨:需待包裹退回後重新寄送;再次寄送之運費將由收件人負擔。

・更改訂單內容/取消訂單

  • 若需變更商品、數量或取消訂單,請於成立後 2 小時內與我們聯繫。
  • 訂單一旦進入出貨流程或已交寄,恕無法變更或取消。

・付款問題

  • 信用卡失敗/重複扣款疑慮:請提供訂單編號與授權時間截圖,我們會協助確認。
  • ATM/轉帳:請提供後五碼與轉帳時間,以利對帳。

Order Issues

If you encounter any issue with your order, follow the guidance below and we will assist you as soon as possible.

・Damaged / Incorrect Item

  • Please report within 3 days of receipt with photos (including outer box and packaging).
  • Email us your order number, description of the issue, clear photos, recipient name and phone number.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or return. Shipping costs will be covered by Habi Living.

・Not Received / Shipping Delay

  • Please check the tracking details first.
  • If it’s past the estimated delivery date, email us your order number and name and we’ll investigate promptly.

・Update Shipping Information

  • Before shipment: Email the corrected address/phone and we’ll update it for you.
  • After shipment: The parcel must be returned before we can resend; reshipping cost will be charged to the recipient.

・Change Items / Cancel Order

  • To change items, quantity, or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours after the order is placed.
  • Once the order has entered the shipping process or is dispatched, changes and cancellations are unavailable.

・Payment Issues

  • Card failure / suspected double charge: send your order number and authorization timestamp screenshot for verification.
  • ATM / Bank transfer: provide the last 5 digits and transfer time for reconciliation.
