運送資訊
Habi Living 的商品皆以細心包裝出貨，我們希望每件商品都能安全地抵達您手中。請參考以下運送與配送說明。
・出貨時間
- 現貨商品：付款完成後約 2–3 個工作日內出貨。
- 預購或訂製商品：依商品頁說明為準，若有延遲將另行通知。
- 週末與國定假日不出貨。
・配送方式
- 台灣本島：以7-11便利商店店到店、新竹貨運、或郵局掛號寄送。
- 離島與偏遠地區：以郵局掛號配送，出貨時間略長。
・運費說明
- 台灣本島：單筆訂單滿 NT$2,000 免運；未達者酌收運費 NT$80。
- 離島地區及國際訂單：依實際寄送費用計算。
・出貨通知
- 訂單出貨後將寄出通知信，內含物流追蹤號碼。
- 若未收到通知信，請檢查垃圾郵件夾或來信客服協助查詢。

All Habi Living products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. Please refer to the following shipping and delivery details.
・Shipping Time
- In-stock items: Shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order / Custom-made items: As indicated on the product page. Any delay will be notified via email.
- No shipments on weekends or public holidays.
・Delivery Methods
- Taiwan: Shipped via Black Cat, SF Express, or Chunghwa Post.
- Islands & remote areas: Delivered by postal service (delivery time may vary).
・Shipping Fees
- Taiwan: Free shipping for orders over NT$2,000; a flat rate of NT$80 for orders below.
- Islands & International: Calculated based on actual courier rate.
・Shipping Notification
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
- If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
