退貨政策
我們希望每一位顧客都能喜歡在 Habi Living 選購的商品。若因商品瑕疵、出貨錯誤或運送損壞導致您需要退貨,請依下列方式辦理。
・可申請退貨的情況
- 收到商品後 7 日內(含假日),商品未經使用且保持全新狀態。
- 商品本身有明顯瑕疵或與訂單內容不符。
- 運送途中造成破損(請於 3 日內 提供照片回報)。
⚠️ 不接受退貨的情況:
商品經使用、洗滌、拆封後無法回復原狀。
個人因素(如顏色不符期待)造成之退換要求。
特殊訂製商品或限量商品。
・退貨流程
- 請於收到商品後 7 日內來信客服(hello@habiliving.com)。
- 請附上訂單編號、瑕疵照片(如有)、收件人姓名與電話。
- 經客服確認後,我們將提供退貨地址或安排物流取件。
- 退回商品經檢查無誤後,將於 3–5 個工作日內退款。
・退款方式
信用卡:原路退刷(約 7–10 個工作日)
銀行轉帳:退款至指定帳戶(需提供帳號資料)
・運費說明
若為商品瑕疵、錯誤出貨或損壞,退回運費由 Habi Living 承擔。
若為個人原因退貨(非瑕疵),需自行負擔來回運費。

Return Policy
We hope you love every item you purchase from Habi Living. If you need to return a product due to defect, wrong shipment, or shipping damage, please follow the steps below.
・Eligible for Return
- Within 7 days of receipt, item must remain unused and in original condition.
- Product defect or incorrect item received.
- Shipping damage (please report within 3 days with photos).
⚠️ Not Eligible for Return:
Used, washed, or unsealed products.
Returns due to personal preference (e.g. size or color).
Custom-made or limited-edition items.
・Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service at hello@habiliving.com within 7 days.
- Provide your order number, photo(s) of defect, and contact info.
- Once confirmed, we will provide a return address or arrange courier pickup.
- Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
・Refund Method
Credit Card: Refunded to the same card (approx. 7–10 business days)
Bank Transfer: Refunded to the provided account
・Shipping Costs
Habi Living covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Returns due to personal reasons require the customer to pay both ways.
